PTFE Glass Mesh

The PTFE Glass Mesh is made from fiberglass strands that have been woven together then coated in PTFE dispersion. A Kevlar/aramid mesh is also available and produced the same way resulting in a stronger mesh. A conductive coating(AS) is also available if your machine requires it.

PTFE Glass Mesh has a range of benefits including being heat resistant, non-stick and flexible. The fiberglass mesh can withstand operating temperatures up to 260°C and the Kevlar can go up to 200°C.

The mesh can be cut to a variety of different widths ranging from 100mm to 2600mm as standard and wider widths up to 3400mm on request. Belt lengths are available from 1m to 150m.

The PTFE Glass Mesh has many uses in a variety of industries, some include canning/beverage can, screen print drying, food cooking and flooring.

PTFE Glass Fabric

PTFE Glass Fabric is made by using fiberglass and weaving them together and keeping it closed together, once woven it is then coated in a PTFE dispersion to seal the strands fully. A conductive coated(AS) fabric is also available if required.

PTFE Glass Fabric has a range of benefits including being heat resistant, non-stick and flexible, with the fabric being able to withstand up to 260°C.

Conveyor Belt Joints

The Conveyor Belt Joints have a range of methods for joining belts and it all depends on what you need.

For joints that can be fitted by yourself and done in minutes we offer joints that are sewn on using industrial heat resistant thread, metal clipper joints reinforced by Kevlar for a stronger joint and a Kevlar joint sealed onto the belt using one of our presses.

We also offer joints that can be sealed before fitting onto a machine or after, if you need one fitting after it is on the machine we have a range of lightweight presses that can seal the joint in no time at all.
