Shipping Policy

Order processing and delivery time

Orders will be processed the same day unless placed after 4pm, when the order will be processed the next working day. No orders will be processed over the weekend or on bank holidays.

Please allow 2-5 days from shipment confirmation for delivery. Should you not receive your order within this time frame then please contact us.

Shipping costs

Any UK order £35 or more will be eligible for free shipping. For all orders under £35 there will be a charge of £4. Machinery orders are not eligible for free shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

International shipping

Orders placed through the website are not eligible for international
shipping. Should you wish to place an order to be shipped internationally please contact us directly on sales@hardiflon.com

Pick-up

We offer a free collection service for all orders. Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours and you will be notified when the order is ready.
