Bullnose Joint 9K/9N

Bullnose Joints are made by sewing the folded material along the joint section to leave the loops over hanging allowing them to interlock with each other. These joints are very popular as they are a quick and easy way of joining the conveyor belts while also keeping the high temperature resistance due to the industrial thread that is used for the joining process. There is two way of applying the bullnose, these are "sewn-under" and "encapsulated". Sewn-under offers a smoother finish to the surface of the belt making it a great choice where there is accumulation and take off plates, encapsulated has a small ridge where the material is applied but offers a stronger joint which lasts longer.
