Our belts come in different sizes, and we can also make them to bespoke sizes if requested.
To use our belt presses, you have a choice. Either we can repair your belts in our facilities in Daventry, or you can lease out a press to your own site. If you can operate it yourself that’s great, but if you would prefer one of our engineers to come and help you, we can organise that too. Some customers use our long-term, rental agreement to hold a press on their site all the time…so it’s about what works best for you.
Made to order, lightweight, bespoke presses tailored for our customers' requirements.
Our Site Presses are built to our customer’s individual requirements and vary in width from 1000mm to 3,500mm welding width, whilst our Site Services mean we can make a super smooth joint with minimal mark-off.
As with the Hand Held Iron Kit, having a Hardiflon Site Press on the premises gives our customers a true 24/7 ability to carry out their own site joints without the need to wait for a site service team to arrive.
Supplies of welding accessories are available ex-stock at our Daventry Production Unit.
Our workshop presses are designed for our customers who wish to entirely produce their own belts in house.
Our presses can be supplied single item or in tandem, which allows both belt edges to be welded at the same time, halving the production time.
As with our Site Press our Workshop Presses are designed and built to our customer’s individual requirements.
Our Hand Held Iron Kit offers our customers the ability to join their own belts on site and where necessary perform onsite repairs should the belt become damaged.
The 240v iron is supplied with a temperature controller, stand, power leads welding board and storage box. 110V Irons are also available on request.
To accompany the Iron Kit, we supply rolls of PFA Joining Film and PTFE coated fabric back-strap and edging material.

Offering a wide variety of PTFE adhesive and non-adhesive coated fabrics.
Hardiflon offer a wide variety of PTFE coated fabrics, in both non-adhesive and pressure sensitive self-adhesive forms. Applications range from Roller Covering, Lining the Chute, ‘L’ Sealing Polythene Film Conversion, and Window Manufacturing.
