Materials

The first and most important part of the conveyor belt is its material. All our belts are made from PTFE coated fabrics. The fabric is usually a glass weave, but can also be an aramid weave. For e.g. extra stability, release, wear-resistance and also for improved life time we can engineer the belt to specific requirements.

Laminated fabrics

Whether it is a PTFE topfilm on a standard fabric for better release or a 2-ply laminate for a smooth surface we can produce it to your demands in our factory.

Heavy belting fabrics

We have engineered numerous fabrics to fulfil all kinds of requirements like minimal elongation, improved stability, high moisture resistance.

Standard closed fabrics

We supply belts made from all available closed materials. From 200 mm x 10 mm sealing belts, to 150 meters long and over 4 meters wide heavy duty belts.

Standard mesh fabrics

Our mesh belts can be made to over 5 meters wide. Materials to choose from are PTFE coated glass, aramid or aramid/glass in mesh sizes 1×1 up to 8×8.
